• Did the exterior renovation include a new addition to the existing house?

The company must also submit at least one entry within the other renovation categories to be eligible. For this category, entries will be judged on three (3) equally weighted principles and a customer survey. Entries will be calculated using 50 per cent of the judges’ score and 50 per cent using the customer survey score. Judging criteria is as follows, and your entry should address each in written form:

• Contribution to the industry/association
• Professionalism: the way in which the renovator satisfies clients so that they generate positive word of mouth not only about the individual company, but renovation itself and the professional renovation sector.
• General Rating reflecting various elements including how well the renovator performed as a contractor, their response to individual client needs and expectations, as well as giving back to the community and industry itself.

Mandatory Information:

• The custom home’s overall interior and/or exterior appeal
• The custom home’s special or unique design
• Creative and/or efficient use of space and functionality of the custom home’s floor plan
